The present invention relates to a surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate having a large-area metal nanostructure and a transparent electrode layer, a manufacturing method thereof, and a surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopic method using the same. According to the present invention, the metal nanostructure can be formed easily to allow the area of the metal nanostructure to be large, and the surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate with the metal nanostructure can be obtained at low costs. In addition, the surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate with the metal nanostructure for an intense surface plasmon resonance effect has the transparent electrode layer for an additional material concentration effect due to electrophoresis, thereby improving sensitivity in detecting an infinitesimal specimen.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
