The present invention relates to natural vitamin yakgwa of multicolored stripes and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing the yakgwa using fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and nutrients with various colors but no wheat flour, grain powder, cooking oil, sugar, and salt as ingredients by separately mixing each of barley shoot powder, mulberry leaf powder, blueberry powder, mulberry fruit powder, and apple powder with sweet potato powder and then adding additives, kneading, and forming into a specific shape, and then baking in a lightwave oven. According to the present invention, a main component carbohydrate is cut down, and the fat content is minimized, while nutritive components such as vitamins, protein, fibers, and minerals are enriched, and the calorie will be reduced. Additionally, the present invention considers taste of young people by changing standardized color and shape into a unique multicolored stripes, and specific shape and texture. Therefore, the present invention increases the marketability of the natural vitamin yakgwa of multicolored stripes, which is a color food well-being natural vitamin yakgwa and helpful for improving health of modern people and preventing adult diseases with an intake of natural vitamins, as a snack as well as a substitute food.
