The present invention relates to a composition containing an extract of stems of Rubus occidentalis for improving blood circulation. More specifically, the present invention provides a composition for improving blood circulation using an extract extracted from the stems of Rubus occidentalis with hot water or ethanol for regulating blood pressure by suppressing NO generation and the expression of ACE protein and regulating blood lipid by inhibiting cholesterol synthesis and HMG-CoA reductase activity.
