摘要

The present invention relates to a method of producing a lithium-titanium composite oxide doped with a dissimilar metal and a lithium titanium complex oxide doped with a dissimilar metal and produced thereby, and more particularly, to a method of producing a lithium-titanium composite oxide doped with a dissimilar metal, the lithium-titanium composite oxide being doping with a dissimilar metal and producing by a spray drying method so that a size of a primary particle is finely controlled, and to a lithium-titanium composite oxide doped with a dissimilar metal and produced thereby. According to the present invention, a method of producing a lithium-titanium composite oxide doped with a dissimilar metal and a lithium titanium complex oxide doped with a dissimilar metal and produced thereby can more finely control a size of a primary particle compared to a conventional lithium-titanium composite oxide and suppress formation of rutile titanium dioxide, thus being able to provide a battery having excellent initial charge-discharge efficiency and a high rate capability of a battery.
