The present invention relates to a reagent, a kit and a method for detecting residual chlorine concentration and, more specifically, to a reagent for measuring residual chlorine powder, wherein the reagent is added to a sample containing residual chlorine to be measured; a method for calculating residual chlorine concentration by adding the reagent; and a detection kit thereof.
