The present invention relates to a novel glycosylation enzyme isolated from Balaenoptera acutorostrata, and to a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: the glycosylation enzyme having one amino acid sequence selected from a group consisting of amino acids of SEQ ID: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, or 20 derived from Balaenoptera acutorostrata; genes which encode the same glycosylation enzyme; a recombination vector including the same genes; cells transformed by the recombination vector; and a method for producing the same glycosylation enzyme using the same cells.
