PURPOSE: A network selection service providing method in heterogeneous network environment and a system thereof are provided to select a communication network desired by a user and connect to a corresponding communication network corresponding to a user will. CONSTITUTION: A network selection service providing method includes the following. A step for receiving a desired network from a user terminal in a network connection management server(S10). A step for setting network information, which is received to a home subscriber server, of as subscriber profile information of a user in the network connection management server(S20). A step for receiving the subscriber profile information from the home subscriber server and transferring a connection network of a user terminal correspond to network information which is set in the subscriber profile information(S30-S50).
