A system and a method for providing trans-service to support communication services between users under heterogeneous network or application environments are provided to make a communication possible between users under any circumstance or condition by converting service suitable for network of receiving user. A user environment recognizer(81) recognizes clearly the information about the use of service environment of the service user and state. A user information storage part(82) manages and stores the user environment and the status information collected by the user environment recognizer. A service switching controller(83) performs a service redirection to the form which is suitable for the situation of the service reception user.
