The present invention relates to a hierarchical carbon sphere aggregate of a network structure of three-dimensional interconnected micropores, mesopores, and micropores and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides a simple method that does not need a template for manufacturing a multi-directional spheric particle of a micrometer size and manufacturing a carbon sphere by pyrolysis.
