The principal fragrance ingredient of persimmon is supplemented with the fragrance of perilla aldehyde and grassy odor, and provides the mainstream with a balanced fresh, natural flavor. By appropriately controlling the temperature of the distillation material filled in the distillation kiln in the process of manufacturing the distillation column, the fragrance ingredient of the raw material used as a part of the raw material is recovered in good balance to obtain a distillation stock having a fresh natural direction have. Further, according to this distillation method, it is unnecessary to invest new equipment, and a high-quality distillation stock can be obtained while minimizing the manufacturing cost.
