The present invention relates to a device for treating a by-product of slaughter, whereby foreign substances mixed with a by-product of slaughter such as bristles and claws of a pig obtained when slaughtering the pig are removed therefrom using a foreign substance sorter, and a chemical treatment and dissolution process for a subsequent treatment is more efficiently and conveniently performed in a batch process through a chemical treatment tank. In addition, a by-product solution of slaughter, which is formed by hydrolyzing bristles and claws of a pig as a by-product of slaughter with alkali and a dissolvent as a hydrolysis accelerator in a treatment tank, is mixed with waste water generated in a slaughter house and is then discharged, thereby preventing environmental pollution such as a bad smell generated during a treatment process, and economically efficiently treating the by-product of slaughter.
