The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a girder member using I-shaped steel with a bending web and a girder member manufactured using the same, wherein the method enables a girder to be manufactured using I-shaped steel with a curved web, thereby enabling the girder to effectively respond to the weight applied to a bridge. The method for manufacturing a girder member comprises: a step of manufacturing a pair of I-shaped steel which has a bending web curved in the lengthwise direction so that both sides have a curved surface; a step of arranging the I-shaped steel pair to be separated from each other and to face the concave surface of each bending web; a step of applying weight to the lengthwise center of the I-shaped steel pair and making each I-shaped steel straight; a step of arranging a pair of support members perpendicular to the I-shaped steel at both lengthwise ends of the I-shaped steel and connecting the support members to the I-shaped steel pair; a step of arranging a moment-applying member perpendicular to the I-shaped steel at the lengthwise center of the I-shaped steel and connecting the moment-applying member to the I-shaped steel pair, wherein the moment-applying member is installed and fixated between the I-shaped steel pair in a manner that one end of the moment-applying member is bonded to one bending web on the upper part or on the lower part with respect to the cross-sectional center of the I-shaped steel, and the other end of the moment-applying member is bonded to the other bending web on at least one among the upper part and the lower part with respect to the cross-sectional center of the I-shaped steel; and a step of removing the weight applied to the I-shaped steel pair.
