DUAL WEB PLATER TYPE STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE GIRDER, GIRDER BRIDGE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AND CONSTRUCTING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A double web panel type concrete filled composite girder, a girder bridge using the same, and manufacturing and construction methods thereof are provided to enable the construction of a bridge having a small cross section and excellent structural stability. CONSTITUTION: A double web panel type concrete filled composite girder comprises a lower flange(2), web panels(3), concrete filled portions(4), upper flanges(5), and tension stiffeners(6). The web panels composed of a steel material are vertically coupled to the top of the lower flange. The concrete filled portions are formed by filling the gaps between the web panels with concrete. The upper flanges composed of a steel material cover the web panels and the concrete filled portions. The tension stiffeners composed of a steel material are formed on the top of the lower flange in a T-shape.
