The present invention relates to a method for immobilizing bone morphogenetic protein-2 for promoting osseointegration of the implant inserted into human body, and to a method for fabricating the same. The present invention coats growth factors in two steps including first and second coatings. The present invention controls release rate of the bone morphogenetic protein-2, thereby maximizing effects of the loaded growth factors. Therefore, the present invention enhances affinity of mineral biomaterials by loading the growth factors, and enhances engraftment of the implant inserted into the human body and osseointegration characteristics by enhancing cell adhesion and differentiation.
