The present invention relates to a novel sulfonic acid derivative substituting for perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) and synthesis thereof. The sulfonic acid derivative is denoted by chemical formula (1). In the chemical formula (1), R^f is a formula, X is an independent hydrogen atom or fluorine, n is integer between 0 and 3, and R is a metal atom, ammonium, or alkyl-ammonium.
