The present invention relates to a cellulase cel45-KG80 gene derived from rumen microorganisms of a black goat, and to uses thereof, and more specifically, to cel45-KG80 gene which is a novel cellulase gene selected from rumen microorganisms of a black goat, and protein products thereof, and to a method for manufacturing a feed additive, a detergent composition, and a biofuel using the same. According to the present invention, cel45-KG80 gene which is the novel cellulase gene can be selected from rumen microorganisms of the black goat. Through this, by providing cellulase cel45-KG80 gene and protein products thereof, the present invention can be used for development of the low-priced feed additive, development of a softener and a detergent, and production of the biofuel by decomposing cellulose which is an abundant resource.
