The present invention aims to provide a method for measuring gliadorphin excreted with urine. The present invention relates to a novel immunoassay, which has not been known, for measuring density of gliadorphin using urine. The present invention provides the immunoassay. A gliadorphin compound (I) has a constitutional formula below. The immunoassay includes the steps of: (a) producing an immunogenic gliadorphin-KLH antigen; (b) producing polyclonal antibodies by injecting a mixture of the immunogenic gliadorphin-KLH antigen and a complete adjuvant into an organism to be tested; (c) selecting antibodies having high titer and good specificity after producing cells by fusing a B cell and a myeloma cell in the organism into which gliadorphin is injected in step (C); and (d) applying a DELFIA method for quantifying gliadorphin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
