The present invention proposes a phantom imitating system interlocked with a breath which controls a posture of a phantom interlocked with the breath of a patient, is applied to a diagnosis and a treatment using radioactive rays, and minimizes radioactive exposure dose of the patient. In order to accomplish this, the phantom imitating system interlocked with breath according to the present invention comprises: a breath-interlock analysis module which acquires breath information of the patient using a breath measuring device, generates a breath graph for inspiration and expiration by referring to the breath information, and generates a momentum table which is created by mapping organ positions of the patient to coordinate values constituting the generated breath graph; and a phantom driving module which generates driving data for organs of the patient by referring to the momentum table. The phantom driving module generates 3-axis driving data for a phantom according to the momentum table, and provides the driving data to a 3-axis driving device such that the phantom is controlled to move according to the breath graph.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
