A reworking apparatus includes: a chamber; a temperature control unit which sets the inner temperature of the chamber within a particular range to reduce the adhesion of an adhesive material; a stage which fixes the display module; a separation unit which is inserted between layers of the display module; and a moving unit which moves the separation unit. A reworking success rate is improved by preventing the display module from being damaged.
