The present invention relates to a poly amino acid photosensitizer zygote which is specifically decomposed by enzymes, to hydrophobic drug encapsulated nanoparticles for photochemical internalization comprising the poly amino acid photosensitizer zygote, and to a method for preparing the same. The hydrophobic drug encapsulated nanoparticles according to the present invention can be linked to collapse of the nanoparticles by decomposing bond of the poly amino acids by enzymes and reducing hydrophobic property, thereby inducing release of drug encapsulated inside the nanoparticles. Also the photosensitizer composing the nanoparticles can induce internalization into cytoplasm by the reaction of active oxygen species including singlet oxygens and the likes, and increase photoresponse efficiency by reducing influence from a quencher, thereby being useful as a drug for photochemical internalization by maximizing cytoplasm internalization rate of the drug.
