A method and an apparatus for controlling ventilation based on the prediction of greenhouse microclimate are disclosed. The apparatus for controlling ventilation based on the prediction of greenhouse microclimate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sensor unit collecting environment information in the interior and exterior of a greenhouse; environment information database storing the environment information and cultivation information corresponding to the greenhouse; and a control unit setting a ventilation control variable of the greenhouse based on the environment information and cultivation information, creating an effect model between the temperature of the greenhouse and environment information, and performing the ventilation of the greenhouse based on the effect model and ventilation control variable.
