The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented bamboo salt and fermented bamboo salt produced by the same and, more specifically, to a method producing fermented bamboo salt which can contribute to the provision of salt, which is beneficial to people, and healthy food by producing bamboo salt through a fermenting step of neutralizing and removing impurities contained in salt and improving antioxidant activity by activating beneficial substances, and a plasticizing step of removing remaining impurities secondarily, and to fermented bamboo salt produced by the same.
