A method and system for calculating an IT service cost are provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for calculating an IT service cost includes: calculating a basic service cost and a quality service cost, and calculating a service cost based on the calculated costs, wherein a basic service cost calculation method and a quality service cost calculation method are different from each other. Accordingly, a cost by service type may be calculated in consideration of specialized services and service levels.
