The present invention relates to a super high-speed sugar analyzing method using a mass spectrometer and a chromatography system. The super high-speed sugar analyzing method according to the present invention sequentially extracts, refines, and labels sugar on a 96-well plate, and quantitatively analyzes a particular sugar labeled through an isotope by using MALDI-TOF MS and UPLC, so that sugar analyzing time and costs can be remarkably reduced and sugar in a glucoprotein can be relatively and absolutely quantified.
