Disclosed are a book social network service (SNS) system and a providing method thereof. The book SNS system according to an embodiment of the present invention to realize technical features of the present invention includes: a library module providing a first library UI, which is provided from a first account of a first user, uploaded with book information or additional content of the book information, and provides the uploaded book information or the additional content to a request terminal; a board module providing a first board UI which is provided from the first account and uploads at least one of first user content and second user content received from at least one terminal of the terminal of the first user and the terminal of the second user; and a control module which provides information about at least one part of the book information included in the first library UI or at least one part of the additional content corresponding to the book information to at least one UI among the first board UI, the second board UI of the second user, and the third board UI of a third user, who is related to the first user in terms of books.
