Provided is a method for stably and effectively producing a recombinant protein at low unit costs without worries about stability. The method comprises the steps of: culturing a transformed cell having an induced vector including a gene encoding a protein under the control of a promoter operated with respect to a cell of a cell strain conditioned to a protein- and lipid-free culture medium derived from a Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) to be able to proliferate while floating, wherein the transformed cell is cultured in a protein- and lipid-free culture medium which does not contain an extrinsic growth factor; and collecting proteins produced by the cell.
