The present invention relates to a railway roadbed freezing prevention apparatus which uses heating wires to prevent the railway roadbed from being frozen. The apparatus embeds the heating wires in the areas likely to be frozen and heats the wires once the temperature of the roadbed drops below the freezing temperature to prevent the freezing. The present invention includes: the heating wire units which are installed in the railway roadbed and are spaced apart by gaps varied according to the freezing depth; and a power supply unit which supplies power to the heating wires.
