The present invention relates to plasmids for genome engineering of E. coli, integrated plasmids for integrating heterologous genes into the E. coli genome, E. coli transformed with the plasmids, and a method for genome engineering of wild-type E. coli using the plasmids. The plasmids for genome engineering has improved portability to different E. coli strains, the E. coli transformed with the plasmids shows improved genome engineering efficiency, and the plasmids for genome engineering and the E. coli transformed with the plasmids may prevent the occurrence of undesired mutants by easily recovering a mis-match repair (MMR) system after genome engineering, thereby being useful for genome engineering in various synthetic biology and metabolic engineering fields.
