The present invention relates to a walking assistance lift transferring apparatus for rehabilitation treatment, comprising: a guide rail which is supported by a ceiling or a support main material and is installed along with a transferring trace of a patient; a transferring head frame which is guided by a plurality of guide rollers to be transferred along with the guide rail; a winding reel which is installed on a frame installed on the transferring head frame to be rotated and enables a rope to be wound wherein the rope has a supporting unit installed on end part to support the patient; a first driving part which is installed on the transferring head frame to rotate the reel forward and backward; and a transferring unit which has a transferring roller to drive the transferring head frame along with the guide rail back and forth.
