In the present invention, provided are a Tricuspid Cudrania red pepper paste, which comprises 10-35 parts by weight of water extracts of Phellinus linteus for 100 parts by weight of dried red pepper powder; 50-150 parts by weight of water extract of Tricuspid Cudrania; 40-60 parts by weight of dried leave powders of Tricuspid Cudrania; and 20-50 parts by weight of fresh mulberries, a manufacturing method thereof and dishes including the same.
