Provided are a method for recommending a mobile payment card based on a payment location and past transaction particulars, and a management server using the same. In the method for recommending a mobile payment card according to an embodiment of the present invention, an optimal mobile card to be used for mobile payment is determined on the basis of location information of a mobile device and informed to the mobile device.
