The present invention relates to a cheese stick, comprising an outer cover of spring roll which is fried at a certain temperature; a first sweet potato mousse which is located on the upper outer cover of the spring roll to absorb oil; cheese which is located on upper surface of the first sweet potato mousse; and a second sweet potato mousse which surrounds the cheese, and being manufactured by the following steps of rolling the outer cover of the spring roll in a certain shape; frying the same; and mixing sweet potatoes and cheese, thereby enabling consumers to feel sweetness and light of sweet potatoes and freshness and sour of cheese. Also, in the present invention, children or old people who need required nutrients or lack the same due to imbalanced diet can naturally take nutrients from the cheese stick among usual food items.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
