The present invention relates to a method for properly arranging a cooling pin to improve the heat radiating properties of a sidewall part, which emits a great deal of heat by extending and contracting during driving, and to reduce noise caused by high speed wind by installing a heat radiating protrusion on the surface of the sidewall part and a tire using the same. The method comprises: a selecting step of selecting the total number of the cooling pins, the number of pitch types, and the size of each pitch; a producing step of producing a random number, sequentially arranging each type of pitches, and producing a random pitch arrangement; a calculating step of calculating a result obtained by Fourier Transform (FT) using the pitch arrangement; and a determining step of determining a pitch arrangement having the smallest change in the amplitude of the FT by repeating the producing and calculating steps multiple times.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
