The present invention relates to a method of biologically manufacturing 3-hydroxypropion aldehyde (3-HPA) from glycerol by using recombinant microbes containing coenzyme B12-dependant glycerol dehydratases enzyme and a gene for coding the coenzyme B12-dependant glycerol dehydratases enzyme, and to a method of manufacturing various derivatives from the 3-HPA. Accordingly, the biologically converted product of glycerol can be continuously produced at a high yield by providing the activity of glycerol dehydratases at a constant level without adding coenzyme B12 or a precursor thereof to a culture medium or with adding the reduced quantity of the same thereto by using a host cell without the coenzyme B12 production capability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
