Conventional child rearing related community services provide a relationship formation service through background information of users (parents), and it is impossible to find a community service based on background information of children. Horizontal (same age) relationship formation required in growth of children in young age is a problem which can not be solved easily personally due to modern society problem like individualism and job problem in the district. Through this service, it is possible to form necessary horizontal relationship of young age children more easily and naturally. Also, the users can receive help in child rearing physically or educationally by receiving benefits or information about child rearing in the district through this service. The service is divided into a program (200) and a server (201). The program means all of a mobile program part, a PC program part and a printed material service. The mobile program and the PC program are linked through the server (201) in real-time. The printing program service services detail classification (100, 101, 102) information or common information through a printed medium regularly/irregularly by offline, as to data of an information group (300), through the server (201).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
