The present invention relates to a nanovesicle including a human dopamine receptor, a dopamine receptor including the same and a dopamine sensor based on a field effect transistor. More specifically, the present invention relates to a nanovesicle, which is manufactured having a dopamine receptor specifically connected to the dopamine and is used in a field effect transistor, thereby measuring the change of conductance caused by connecting the dopamine to the dopamine receptor and detecting abnormal concentration and delivery of the dopamine, leading to the diagnosis of diseases, a dopamine receptor including the nanovesicle and a dopamine sensor based on the field effect transistor wherein the nanovesicle including the dopamine receptor and the dopamine sensor based on the field effect transistor have outstanding sensitivity and selectivity similar to mechanism of delivering signals of dopamine materials and specifically detect dopamine to a pM range on a real time basis.
