An automatic returning system of standby power can be attached to an existing remote controller of controlling the power of household appliances, with a module type. The present invention includes: a touch sensor which senses that a user holds a remote controller without an additional motion or a tilt sensor which senses that the user raises the remote controller, a low power control part which converts the motion detection signal of the touch sensor or the tilt sensor into a digital signal and receives the same and allows an RF transmission part to transmit a motion detection signal, an RF transmission part which transmits the motion detection signal to the RF receiving part attached to a standby power blocking device, and an RF receiving part which receives a motion detection signal transmitted from the RF transmission part, a power meter reading part (220) which reads the standby power when the load power or power of the household appliances is off, a memory which stores data base of various kinds of reference standby power according to the household appliances and sets a reference standby power which is matched with the household appliances in an installation process, a main control part (MCU) which receives a motion detection signal received from the RF receiving part and allows the standby power blocking device to be on, and a power circuit which is controlled by the control of the MCU and is installed between a socket and the household appliances.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
