The present invention relates to a system for automatically recovering standby power blocked by a standby blocking device using a smart terminal. The system for automatically recovering standby power blocked by a standby blocking device using a smart terminal comprises: a smart terminal mounted with a Wi-Fi module, generating position information and time information by having a GPS receiver, and transmitting the position information and the time information to a smart standby power blocking device; a transceiving unit performing transmission and reception with a Wi-Fi module of the smart terminal; a power checking unit formed between a power socket and an electric device, and checking standby power and transmitting the standby power; a main control unit (MCU) controlling a standby power blocking device to be turned on when smart terminal position information and time information received from the transceiving unit are not received and the standby power is not received from the power checking unit; and a standby power blocking device controlled by a control of the main control unit (MCU) and installed in a power circuit between the socket and the electric device.
