The present invention relates to a reprocessing method for recycling a waste toner and a waste toner cartridge, which secures economic profits for recycling, prevents atmospheric and environmental pollution and can dispense with costs required for landfill and construction costs for an incineration facility by proposing a new type of reprocessing method capable of recycling a waste toner and a waste toner cartridge out of a present processing method that does not allows recycling due to landfill or incineration of a waste toner and a waste toner cartridge. According to the present invention, provided is a reprocessing method for recycling a waste toner and a waste toner cartridge, which comprises the steps of (10) collecting a waste toner and a waste toner cartridge; (20) separating components made of aluminum, copper and iron from the collected waste toner cartridge and sorting and storing the components; (30) putting the waste toner cartridge made of plastic obtained after the step (20) and the powder-type waste toner collected in the step (10) into a hot-air furnace and applying heat to solidify the waste toner and the waste toner cartridge; (40) supplying outside air to the hot-air furnace after the step (30) to cool the waste toner and the waste toner cartridge to room temperature; (50) crushing the solidified waste toner cartridge and waste toner after the step (40); and (70) reusing the components obtained in the step (20) and the crushed waste toner cartridge and waste toner obtained in the step (50), as a raw material for manufacturing a toner cartridge.
