NEW PRIMER AND GENOTYPING METHOD OF SLA-3 USING GENOMIC PCR BASED DIRECT SEQUENCING

The present invention relates to a genotyping method of SLA-3 and, more specifically, to a method for analyzing SLA-3 genotype through direct sequencing of genomic DNA. According to the present invention like the same, a primer set which is proper to genomic PCR, amplifies all the alleles, and minimizes variability of alleles for efficiency of amplification, thereby having an effect of accurately and simply analyzing genotype of all the SLA-3 alleles through PCR and direct sequencing based on genomic DNA without allele information and cloning step.
