In the present invention, disclosed are a severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) virus, which has a sequence of negative strand RNA corresponding to sequences of a positive strand RNA which are indicated by sequence No.1, No.2 and No.3 and a method and a kit for detecting severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTS) antibody through the detection of an antigen-antibody complex using the SFTS virus. The SFTS virus of the present invention is a new type of communicable diseases different from an existing identified virus and is accordingly used in a vaccine development and a diagnostic method for the SFTS whose vaccine is not developed in the world.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
