A polymer supports catalyst according to the present invention is stable in water, and separation and refinement are easy after a reaction, which allows the polymer supports catalyst to be used for a manufacturing process of glycerol carbonate. In addition, active elements are not eluted, and catalyst activity is not degraded after a reuse, which remarkably improves economic efficiency in the manufacturing process of glycerol carbonate.
