The present invention relates to a double band for protecting waist. The double band for protecting waist includes: a first waist band covering a users waist and abdomen from the back to the front; a second waist band which is detachably coupled to the rear surface of the first waist band to cover the users waist and abdomen from the back to the front with the first waist band; and a coupling unit which detachably couples the first and second wait bands together. The double band for protecting waist employs a double structure to relax the users waist twice and protect the users waist smoothly and evenly. Accordingly, the present invention can effectively adjust the pressure applied on the users abdomen to be worn comfortably. Also, the waist band can wrap the waist once to enable a user to easily wear the band without frequently wrapping and unwrapping the band.
