The present invention relates to an energy supply circuit which immediately supplies power without a power converter and to an electronic device which operates only when energy is supplied from an energy source by using the same. The energy supply circuit having no power converter by the present invention includes: an energy extracting unit (10) which generates power from an energy source; an output unit (20) which supplies the power to an external electronic circuit; a switch unit (30) which is interposed between the energy extracting unit (10) and the output unit (20) and connects an output end of the energy extracting unit (10) with the output unit (20) when a switch is turned on; and a maximum power point tracking control unit (40) which generates an opening/closing signal which opens and closes the switch unit (30) according to the voltage and current of the energy extracting unit (10). The turn-on time of the opening/closing signal is when an output end voltage of the energy extracting unit (10) is V_h and the turn-off time of the opening/closing signal is when the output end voltage of the energy extracting unit (10) is V_l. Thereby the present invention simplifies a composition, lowers a manufacturing cost, has no energy loss by a power conversion, and prevents a life reduction by the charging and discharging of an energy storage device.
