The present invention relates to a foot-and-mouth disease vaccine using porcine reproductive and respiratory virus replicon. The present invention uses structural protein for foot-and-mouth virus but the RNA is not included in the capsid, thus being useful for developing and manufacturing a vaccine that is safe and has improved protective functionality. By using the vaccine of the present invention, the use of an oil adjuvant is not necessary, thus preventing significant economic loss caused by disposals of pig neck muscles.
