The present invention relates to a diagnostic multiplex kit for a white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) using a microarray chip, and a diagnostic method thereof. Accordingly, the present invention is configured to accurately analyze a genotype of WSSV as well as a WSSV infection, and reduce time, a process and costs for quarantine of marine products. Therefore, the present invention comprises a first primer set consisting of an oligonucleotide of the first sequence in the sequence listing, and an oligonucleotide of the second sequence in the sequence listing; a second primer set consisting of an oligonucleotide of the third sequence in the sequence listing, and an oligonucleotide of the fourth sequence in the sequence listing; and a third primer set consisting of an oligonucleotide of the fifth sequence in the sequence listing, and an oligonucleotide of the sixth sequence in the sequence listing.
