The present invention provides a multiplex kit for the diagnosis of white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) using a microarray chip and a method for diagnosing white spot virus. The present invention can accurately analyze the genotype of the white spot virus as well as the infection of the white spot virus. In addition, the present invention provides a kit and method that can accurately diagnose white spot virus, thereby reducing the time and process required for precision quarantine of aquatic products, as well as being economical in terms of cost.
