The present invention relates to a medium composition for dedifferentiating an induced pluripotency stem cell including an Eckloniacava extract. Also, the present invention relates to a method for differentiating an induced pluripotency stem cell manufactured by using the medium composition into hepatocyte. The medium composition according to the present invention is used to efficiently manufacture an induced pluripotency stem cell by using a mesenchymal stem cell, and the manufactured pluripotency stem cell can be differentiated into hepatocyte, thereby being useful as a cell treating agent.
