The present invention relates to rice in a lotus leaf package and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically to rice in a lotus leaf package and a manufacturing method thereof comprising the steps of: stirring sticky rice, sticky African millet, sticky black rice, sticky Chinese millet and cooking rice with them; mixing the cooked rice with various kinds of nuts including sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, dried grapes, and cranberries which contain high quality nutrients; packaging the rice with lotus leaves which are scalded by salt water then rapid freezing the outcome.
