摘要
The present invention relates to a method for simply preparing a graphene dispersion solution by decomposing the graphite in an aqueous DNA solution with ultrasonic waves. A commercial dsDNA which is not chemically modified is used as a stabilizer for the graphite peeling operation. High-energy sound waves are used to divide the dsDNA to two ssDNA. The UV-Vis spectrum study shows that the nucleobases are maintained. A graphene sheet produced in a centrifugation process and seen through an atomic force microscope (AFM) is checked to have a small side surface value. The defects of the grapheme sheet formed by the ultrasonic waves are checked by using the Raman spectrum to be concentrated on the edges and are relatively rare on the center. The graphene nanosheet according to the present invention is very stable in a wide pH range having high negative zeta potential. The present invention also is confirmed to have anti-cancer activities in vitro toxicity studies. The graphene dispersion solution is confirmed to block the cancer cell metastasis in zebrafish embryos in vivo studies. Also, the negatively charged graphene sheet can be used as a platform to attract the gold nanoparticles having a positive surface charge.
